To make pav-bhaji get chopped chilly, onion, tomatos and coriander leaves. Boil potato, get skin separated and smash it.
Boil oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion and tomato. Fry and mix smashed potato. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and pav bhaji masala. And add coriander leaves, mix properly fry few more minutes.
Cut buns (pav) into half piece, fry with butter or ghee until it gets crispy. Serve pav and bhaji hot with lemon juice.
