To make rice kadubu kneed cooked rice properly into paste, add cumin seeds, salt, baking soda and rice floor, kneed it again. Make small balls of dough and give them shape of bowls. Then cook in steam for 15 minutes.
Get chopped all the vegetables and the onions, make paste of garlic and ginger. Boil oil, add mustered seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, garlic and ginger paste, chilly and onion. Let it fry, then add all the vegetables one by one, fry in low flame covering lid. Add salt, garam masala, chilly powder, etc. Finally add coriander leaves, lemon juice and scraped coconut, mix it well.
Fill the fried vegetable mix inside the rice bowls and serve hot with ghee, pudina chutney and chilly sauce. Its easy to make, very good for health and delicious food too.
