In this video you can see how to prepare Modaka/Momos with sugar and dry coconut.
Preparing Mixture: Make a fine powder of dry coconut sugar and cardamom, mix it well.
Preparing Momos/Modaka: Take all purpose floor, add pinch of salt, baking soda, oil and water, make it a smooth dough. Make round leaves out of dough, fill the mixture of sugar and dry coconut mixture and give any shape covering it. Boil the modakas in steam for 15 minutes or deep fry in oil.
You can keep these momos for a week.
