In this video you can see how to prepare rice holige.
Kneed all purpose floor(maida) with bit of salt, oil and water to make it into soft dough. covering it keep aside for an hour.
Bring water into boil, add bit of salt and rice floor in the middle of the boiling water. Let it boil for 5 minutes, separate extra water and mix it well. Kneed the dough properly and make small balls.
Make the maida dough into small balls and fill the rice balls into it and make holige. Bake on tava, sprinkling few drops of oil.
Server hot with red chilly chatnee and potato curry.
